Taggiasca olives are a variety of olives typical of western Liguria (Cultivar Taggiasca) which the Azienda Agricola Olio Ferrari grows and then processes according to the traditional Ligurian recipe. The olives are hand-pressed until they become a cream, excellent for canapés or as a condiment.

Ferrari Taggiasca olive pâté is a unique, velvety cream with a delicate, sweet flavour and a pleasantly bitterish note. A product that gives a skilful balance and a soft and velvety texture.

Our Taggiasca Olive Pate is soft and has the typical intense aroma of olives. It is characterised in the mouth by its slightly bitter taste which blends with the sweeter and more balanced notes typical of the Taggiasca cultivar. We select for you the best olives of the Taggiasca variety to offer you a product with a unique taste.
