A superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is obtained by cold pressing the olives to obtain a slightly pasty oil, called Mosto oil.

A natural oil, just as it comes out of the mill, without filtering, with a delicate flavour and soft aroma with strong components of dried fruit and pine nuts, obtained from olives of the Taggiasca variety picked directly from the tree and pressed within 24 hours, so that the original characteristics and nutritional values present in the fruit remain unaltered.

Its taste and flavour make it unique to add personality to every dish and, at the same time, the most digestible of condiments, a basic element of the famous “Mediterranean Diet”.

In the kitchen, raw: in pinzimonio, where it enhances the flavour of vegetables, in salads, on bruschetta.
