A superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is obtained by cold pressing the olives to obtain a slightly pasty oil, called Mosto oil.

A natural oil, just as it comes out of the mill, without filtering, with a delicate flavour and soft aroma with strong components of dried fruit and pine nuts, obtained from olives of the Taggiasca variety picked directly from the tree and pressed within 24 hours, so that the original characteristics and nutritional values present in the fruit remain unaltered.

Its taste and flavour make it unique to add personality to any dish and, at the same time, the most digestible of condiments, a basic element of the famous “Mediterranean Diet”.

In the kitchen, raw: in pinzimonio, where it enhances the flavour of vegetables, in salads, on bruschetta.
Also excellent on cooked foods: soups, rice, pasta, grilled meat, fish and steamed or grilled vegetables.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. It is advisable to use the packaging provided by Azienda Olio Ferrari. Do not decant into clear glass bottles if the oil is not to be consumed immediately.

TERMS OF CONSERVATION

If properly stored, the product expires 18 months from the date of packaging. Look for the indication “Best before end” on the packaging.
